About Andy,
As the son of a psychotherapist, I was exposed to many of the theories of therapy and often attended workshops and seminars growing up. Learning from many of the great leaders of family therapy at these workshops, gave me a wonderful foundation for my college graduate work. I have over 20 years experience counseling people with many different concerns all across Texas and Louisiana.
As a son, dad and husband, I believe I can relate to many struggles families have. I continually research and learn better ways to parent and be a husband and love to share these principles with my clients.
For over 16 years I have been an adjunct professor teaching psychology courses part-time at Louisiana Tech University. I believe it helps me grow as a professional to teach these college students and see life from their point of view.
I also enjoy public speaking and interviews for organizations and news shows. See my Facebook page Andy Sibley Counseling Services.

Seeking counseling is a way to proactively manage life’s problems. If you have struggles that impair your ability to function well day to day, a counselor can teach you skills to handle difficult times. In addition, couples can benefit from improving communication or rebuilding trust in a relationship. Counseling can help people develop coping skills that will help them excel in specific areas such as sports, business, and leadership.
