Appointments – Initial appointments are typically set by phone in advance and subsequent sessions can be set during the sessions. Office visits are 45 minutes except for group therapy which is 80 minutes. Currently, appointment times are available in the evenings Tuesday through Friday and occasionally on Saturday mornings. Failure to give at least 24-hour advanced notice of cancellation of appointment is considered a no-show and will result in you being charged the full session rate for the time reserved for you. Future appointments will not be made until full payment is received.
Fees – Office visits are $120 for the initial intake (to cover administration costs) and $90 for each subsequent individual session. Couple and Family Therapy is $130 (to cover administration costs) for the initial intake and $100 for each subsequent session. Group therapy is $55 per session.
Telephone Therapy/Life Coaching is $25 for 15 minutes, $50 for 25 minutes, and $90 for 45 minutes.
E-mail Therapy/Life Coaching is $35 per each single issue response.

Insurance – Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have out-patient mental health services and what your deductible and co-pay is. Also get an authorization code from them. Prior to setting an appointment, please confirm with my office that we accept your insurance company payments. When applicable, my office will file insurance on your behalf. You are responsible for the co-pay and any deductible. If claim is not paid by your insurance company, you are responsible for the full amount. At this time, insurances do not pay for email counseling.
